Privacy policy
Scope
This policy applies to jivarosmateworkshp.living, a static information website about sport in 2025. The site has no user accounts, takes no payments, receives no form submissions on a server, runs no analytics and carries no advertising trackers.
What the site collects
The site itself does not ask you to provide personal data. It does not ask you to register, sign in, subscribe or pay. It does not use tracking technologies to follow visitors between pages or across other websites. Pages are delivered as plain files, and the small script that runs in your browser only opens the menu and powers the contact tool described below.
The contact tool
The contact page offers a tool for drafting a note. It works only in your browser's memory: the text you type is used to build a preview on the same page, and nothing is transmitted to the site or to anyone else. Nothing is saved unless you choose to copy the text or download it as a file, and closing or reloading the page clears it. The tool does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, payment details or health information, and you should not type such details into the message.
Hosting and access logs
The site is delivered by a hosting service. Like most hosting services, it may keep technical access logs, which can include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and details of your browser or device. IP addresses can count as personal data. These logs are generated and handled by the hosting service for running and securing its infrastructure, under its own terms. This policy does not claim that no personal data is ever processed in that way.
External links
Pages may point to independently run websites, such as those of competition organisers. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover. Check their policies before you share any information with them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you rights over personal data held about you. In general terms these include the right to ask what is held, to have errors corrected, to ask for deletion or restriction, to object to certain uses and to receive data in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority in your country if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
Who is responsible
The controller for this site is the site's administrator. You can reach the administrator through the contact page or the address shown in the footer. Because the site holds no accounts or submissions, there is usually little to retrieve, but requests are welcome and will be considered under the law that applies to you.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site works changes, for example by adding a new tool, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect. The current version is always the one on this page.
